Join our modern, private practice in Fairfield, Connecticut. We are seeking a skilled full-time Associate Dentist to become an integral part of our dedicated team. What we offer: Professional growth. This associate would manage the majority of the patient schedule. Well respected practice with renovated facilities equipped with modern, well maintained, equipment including 3D scanner. Patient centered practice with one in network contract, otherwise FFS or OON. This allows us to offer the best methods, materials, and practices to our patients.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum three years experience
• Empathetic, judgement free bedside manner
• An eye for aesthetics
• Confident in patient interaction with regards to evaluating conditions and treatment planning Looking for long term stability
• Valid CT dental license
• Experience in a fee for service setting is a plus

Compensation 35% Collection or as negotiated, Option to opt into 401k, Option to opt into health insurance plan, Paid Federal holidays when closed, Estimated Start Date As soon as possible.
